I worked at The Body Shop part-time (More than a year)
An ethical company to work for which have many campaigns for you to be a part of and you get to try all the new products for free
No cash bonus unless you are a member os management
Normally a small team as you may just ha e 5 to 7 people working in the store which could make finding cover for shifts difficult
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Body Shop (London, England) in November 2017.
Applied online, received a call the next day asking to come in for an interview. Interview is pretty easy, I started on the shop floor, and was asked to stay by front and meet and greet customers. As long as you interact with the customers and don't just stand around, you'll be fine. Then after about 20/30 minutes, I went down for an interview which was pretty informal, as long as you come across as friendly and excited to work for them, it's pretty easy.
Volunteering is very important to The Body Shop, as it is part of the core values we were founded on by Dame Anita Roddick in 1976. Employees from The Body Shop global office in Littlehampton, UK, volunteered to paint a local community centre: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQu9G #TBSVolunteering
