Nothing was difficult or unexpected. You will of course have to undergo a criminal background check and be prepared to explain any gaps in your working history, like most jobs these days. Remember, you work for Spherion not the client.

Interview
I was contacted via email about a receptionist job. I contacted the person responsible for this role and left a message on their answering machine. Called back an hour later, and they said it would be great to further discuss this role. I was told they would be giving me a call back in ten minutes as they were conducting an interview.
No problem. Ten minutes goes by and I do not receive a phone call. I waited an hour before calling back, only to get no answer. Communication is not their strong suit. As a job seeker and potential applicant, this is not a good look and I encourage you to think twice before accepting any offers or positions they reach out to you with.
