My NP in current company is 90 days. However the DOJ mentiined in offer letter is after 70 days, not sure why. Hope BNY will revise the date, I didnt sign and accept the offer yet.

It doesn’t sound fair to me though being in the same geographic location (India), one city gets a 4-days per week working policy while another city gets 3-days per week working policy. Shows how poor the planning of senior leadership is!

If during the notice period, I will not follow the mandatory 4 days office then can the HR create a problem in my last working day or with full and final settlement?

Hi guys,I made the terrible mistake of joining Citi & ruined my health & life.There was not a day which went without stress. I had to work for 15 hrs,until 2-4am at night. Things were totally unplanned.There was no process at all.The US team which mostly had Indians trated us like slaves. At 11 pm IST they behaved as it is 9 am in India.The work culture totally toxic I am joining BNY soon. Hope things will not be that bad here. I just dont want to end up working until 2-4 am continuosly again.
