Hey folks How many years of experience required for promotion to Lead Analyst role in CGI? Joined as SSE and continuing in same role since 2.5 years overall having 8 years of IT experience. Will they initiate promotion automatically or we need to raise a concern?

Im selected for CGI for PNC GCC. Had PNC client round before offer letter and cleared it. Details: Java Lead, Hyderabad CGI-PNC Knowledge city They said they will be moving me to PNC payroll in coming years. Anyone working for similar role ? please let me know would you recommend joining here ? How are the work hours ? Hybrid or WFO ? How about tech stack ? Do they have microservices? How about AI usage ? Are they provigind any agent subscription like copilot or cursor integreated into IDE ?

Hi everyone, Like I want to ask as I got offer from CGI for PNC GCC and if anyhow I don't want that project after 6 months so is it possible to get release from that curently I jave joining on 29 june for the same and if due to some location constraint if I asked for release will it be approved or not
