Hello guys, I have updated my naukri profile with last date as 30 June just to see if I am getting more calls or not. I do not have any offer and I hv not resigned yet. Just wanted to chk recruiters mindset or naukri algorithm if my profile is at top or not. Reality is, I m hardly getting any calls, it's been more than a week, I hv updated this but only 1 call I hv received. What could be the reason for not getting multiple calls (3-4 calls at least)

I am working in IBM since 15 years now, I have a offer with Infy, I am really getting a mixed reactions about going from IBM to Infy, I am confused whether its really makes more different in terms of work culture. Also IBM is trying to retain me with almost same packagez so need suggestion will it be a good switch or not.

I attended an interview and it went well. I informed the interviewer that I resigned from my earlier job due to location constraint resulting in health issues. I also mentioned the specific health condition. So I am looking for opportunities in a relatively nearby locations. Interviewer said : I am not convinced about your job change reason. What should I reply here, can anyone suggest ?? PS : This post is just to have an idea from the responses of professionals to plan for a better answer.

Hi Fishes, I am holding 2 offers as below Hcl (band e3.1) - 34 fixed + 3variable ( technical architect role) Accenture (l 8) - 32 fixed + 8variable ( associate manager role) Yoe : 12 Tech : Sterling OMS Currently in IBM of band 7b(offered promotion to 8) Now my manager came back matching the offer 34 fixed in ibm.Should I take it? I have to decide in next 2 days if I want to stay back. Personally there's no growth in the currentproject i am working on IBM HCL Technologies Accenture India

I have cleared technical rounds in Accenture.My preferred location is Hyderabad and same mentioned starting onwards.Now HR called me for location confirmation they are saying location would be Bangalore as the requirement is project specific.If I’m okay for relocation then they are going to release the offer letter.Is this normal in Accenture will they change location if we negotiate with HR?If anyone faced same situation please help me to how to negotiate for preferred location
