I think I am high on the pay band as a Recruiting Lead. I got zero increase or AIP. I had five snapshots at very strongly agree by business leaders. It’s really de-motivating to not get one thing and have worked so hard and well over 50 hrs per week. Plus morale is so low and it seems like the layoffs are never ending. I’m grateful for a job bc most of my immediate peer group has been exited.

I am really sorry. That is demoralizing to say the least, but has anyone told you that you’re at the top of your pay band? You mention that business leaders gave you VSA, but what ratings did your Team Leader/Coach give you for this year?

After an abysmal AIP and merit increase last year, I set the bar super low this year. Helped manage expectations lol. As I’m sure most feel, it doesn’t seem like the scraps we got accurately reflect the back office support we provide, but Green Dot doesn’t care.
