I completed my deloitte interview First round Ai second round technical third round technical Techno managerial round second and third round gap between 1 day get call I attend third round on saturday techno managerial round I attend on next week tuesday Jun 3 I receive PHT mail on Jun 9 I need to know What is next process ? Still get hr call how long it will take

Deloitte Is offering 23.4 Fixed + 10% Variable Role : Application Modernization (Mainframe) YOE: 8 Years HR is saying this is the max he can do. He is not considering my Holding Offer and anchoring from the Current CTC of 14 LPA Fixed. Holding offer with TCS 22 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable. What to do now? Am I getting lowballed or is this correct as per Market Standard?

Hi expectation was both on data engineer and python developer as role is like consultant python developer. I couldn't clear because I'm not familiar with Data Engineer concepts(i conveyed the interviewer the same) so I got questions on python and SQL(answered all).
I got selected for this role USI-EH26-Consulting-AI & Data-Consultant-AI Infra. It was a mix of tech architect and nvidia related questions with deep understanding of core Linux concepts for me
