    Well I am an internal candidate, and I already have a clearance. It depends on the manager and role really...some more fast, some move slow. Just like pretty much every other large corporation

Currently at a T2 consulting firm working at post MBA level (been at the firm for 4-5 years). I have a job offer at a big tech company (Google, FB, Amazon) in Strategy & Ops with total comp slightly below what it is at my firm.
