Do you like working at E*E*Trade

I am 63 years old and have 30 years of Collections management experience working in banks . I currently have an individual contributor role job making $110,000 per year . Our office is only 5 people. I report to the owner . I've been here 3 years. I recently received a job offer of $110,000 for a Collections Manager for a Debt Collection law firm. They have a 401K plan but no match. My current job is very low stress , casual dress, and a very easy job. Is this new job worth the move ?
What are the first 5 things you should do when you get put on a PIP? Just learned about it this morning. I didn't see it coming. Planning on working on the resume later, but I'm spiraling a bit right now.
Currently booking summer travel for the family, and it hit me… my parents would’ve never been able to afford vacations like this growing up. It made me wonder: when was the moment you realized, ‘Wow… I finally made it’?
Hi Everyone, I have been having trouble finding a new job (10 months and counting) as a Project Manager despite my extensive experience in the financial industry, I don't want to speculate on the reasons, but now I'm getting to the point of applying for jobs at Walmart or Costco so I can pay my bills more easily, I'm fine with this because work is work but I can't help but think that there may be other options for work that I'm just not considering, or not know about. Any thoughts? Thanks
Be honest: how much does company prestige still matter to you? Early on it felt huge, but the older I get, the more I care about the day-to-day experience. Has prestige become less important to you over time?
It was fine before Morgan Stanley took over. Now it's a drag for several reasons (on the employee side and client side). Obviously, doesn't apply for all. Those who were with ET before the acquisition understand.
I liked working at ETRADE but since it’s been acquired it’s not the same.
Hi
No- they don't seem to know what they are doing and things keep changing.
