If we reject ibm offer will they come with better offer or will they leave us

IBM-GBS believes more in Brooming than in Grooming , lot more now that its widely perceived AI would impact Resourcing , Training , Deployments in big way . Any company with Partner Culture very deep-rooted , will not even touch deals that are below certain Margin , because Partners keep certain Profit percentage for themselves , and if remaining is not worth working for , the deal is simply ignored for competitors to bag .

I joined IBM in Jan and since then was in bench. Last week my manager asked me to resign as there are no projects in IBM. Do we need to serve 3 months NP or they will release immediately as I don't have any other offer currently?
