Does IBM have a Citi Bank ODC present at the Kolkata location? Please let me know as I need to change my base location urgently due to family medical issues

I was previously a member of EPS too, but while joining IBM, i declared it wrongly that I was not a member of pension scheme earlier. So my all deductions are going in EPF only, no share in EPS. Can anyone please tell whom can I reach out for fixing this. Please tell the spoc .
