Has anyone interview with Starling bank before? Any tips?

    They have non technical people filtering CV's and all they do is match keywords in the JB with keywords in the CV. If they dont match they dont interview you. They clearly don't want to find/hire the best people and have idiots filtering CV's for them. If you do a bit of research you can see it has the usual problems employers have, bullying, office politics, micromanagement, and managing you out if they don't like you (even if your doing your job well and to the standards of the contract) . Don't wast possibly years of your life with them unless your super super keen in working in banking. Thats literally the only reason I can think anyone could have for working for them. That or they enjoy being gimps and if you you need to wear a gimp suit to the office not a traditional suit.

I was recently wrongfully fired. I did not want to fight this for fear that it would go to the nursing board and they might sign with the employer so I chose to just leave. How do I explain this to all future employers without insulting my last job.

I've read that the highest number of jobs get posted in Jan-Feb, followed by Sep-Oct. Jun-Aug is the second slowest period, followed by Nov-Dec as the slowest. Sure feels like it to me! You seeing the slowdown, too? Hang in there...

Can someone hire me without an interview? I can do the job, but I can't handle interviews. 😭 I have experience in Customer Service and Back Office roles, but since I graduated last year, I've found it difficult to apply for jobs. The interview process makes me really anxious, even though I know I can do the work.
