If someone has 7+ years of experience, what grade will they be in? P3 or P4?

Hi all, need some inputs from LTIMindtree employees or anyone who has gone through their offer process recently I have completed all interview rounds and HR discussion. Salary negotiation is done and HR confirmed that CTC is approved and JR tag has been raised with my approved CTC It has been about a week now, no update on offer letter. HR is not picking calls how long did it take for the offer letter to come after JR was raised for lateral hire in Ltimindtree?Will they reject at this stage

P4 here, is this letter a hike letter or salary restructured letter that we got today. Because in letter it says "We are pleased to inform you that your current compensation has been simplified and restructured with effective from May 1, 2026"

Just wanted to check how was the rating has been given this time for P4 and above ? It seems most of the folks got 2 rating and is it bcoz of the assessment ? How has been the variable payout in different BU ! Any inputs would help eachother understand the overall process. Thank you !

Hey fishes! My current CTC is 17.5 LPA (Data Engineer , ~7 YoE). I had joined Capgemini in July 2025, but the work culture of client is pretty toxic, which is why I started applying for interviews. I got an offer from LTI Mindtree, but they gave me 8% hike citing 2 reasons: 1. Did not complete atleast 1 year in CapG 2. 90 days NP It feels insulting to out down my papers over this meagre hike. Should I put down my papers in pursuit of better offers? Or try after completion of 1 year at CapG?
