I've started to take on a more lead product management and design role that has required me to learn Jira for scrum planning. One of the issues I am facing with our dev leader is standardizing our document taking process so status updates are clear and project timelines are transparent. What are some ways I can promote a better project management culture across departments?

Curious to get some perspectives My unemployment just ran out and I’m actively interviewing for PM/Senior PM roles. My previous employer reached out about a contract, but it’s more of a product/project/BA hybrid rather than a pure PM role. I still have enough runway to cover expenses without taking something immediately. Would you take the contract and keep interviewing, or stay focused on landing the right full-time role?
