Does anyone work at Coinbase? I’d like to get some insight into the organization’s culture.

I got 1 rating in cts, that too in USA. My manager said he gave 3 but during normalization they made it 1. Although I have worked well and got client appreciation, still I received 1. PIP was frozen, I cant update it (it is called HR lock). During project leap, one day HR called me and said I am terminated from that day, that too when I was billable and working on a project. I was unlucky to have a weak manager who cant fight for the employees. Luck plays a major factor, good work is secondary.

If a written offer letter clearly states the deadline to respond (e.g., June 11), do l need to tell the recruiter why I'm taking a few days to review everything-so they don't assume I'm ignoring it? Letter says “We look forward to hearing from you and hope you decide to join our team. Please contact your recruter with your decision by XYZ date.” Yes, in this economy I worry about an offer being rescinded.) It's a large corp, so l trust their process, but still.......

What is working at Atlassian like? The reviews on Glassdoor aren’t that positive/good…I am a fan of the product, but wondering why the employee reviews are below average…?
