I worked at Computer People as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

Got the salary always on time

    Cons

No paid holidays, no opportunity to change the umbrella company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If your employees are dissatisfied and underpaid, they will get a new job as soon as possible. It is worth to try to meet the needs of the employees.

I worked at Computer People full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good training, good commission structure, good infrastructure and support, not horrifically cut throat, fairly good name in the market. It's a hard job and they get that.

    Cons

Can be limited in attacking new companies as incumbents tend to sit on accounts and matybe not be as active as they should be. No sharing of candidates / splits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You know what you're doing generally, look at candidate / client ownership and getting everything on the CRM - but you know this already.
