“Not like other companies”
I have been working at NetApp full-time
Pros – The company bends over backwards gather employee feedback and to provide a creative, fun and unique working environment.
Cons – Some of the benefits such as medical are not as good as other companies.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep listening to employees and set aggressive team goals for success.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
