Current Employee – been working at NetApp full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – relaxed environment, free food, beer fridays, cafe is amazing, gym is state of the art, nice salary of course
Cons – management can be painful, politics, change process, inconsistency of data structures
Advice to Senior Management – Standardize your tools ! Get rid of the current CRM!
