Pros

The people are salt of the earth, the location is easy to get to, the work is interesting and the money so so...

Cons

Senior management a bit clueless, in the main its not cutting edge.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at your staff (past & present) and look at some of the choices you've made. With hindsight - were they the right choices? Think hard!

    Pros

    Honestly none only filling in as need a minimum of five words

    Cons

    Badly run management who take holidays and days off but put hours into rota as being on. overworked sometimes having to do seven days because of staff turn over due to mistreatment by management staff. Booked holidays well in advance but couldnt receive them as management decided the week before they would like those days off. Lack of staff in kitchen as the kitchen manager hides within office doing paper work (on amazon, facebook playing games) for an hour or two and then taking an extended break aswell. No checks to make sure these things arent happening by area manager or above except to slate the rest of the staff. Following this review I expect there to be back lash but the company needs to know.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have regular checks into how the management staff are running your business and replace them. Look into fact that no new staff are trained and then leave because of treatment due to fact they don't know what they are doing. Look into reasons for high staff turn over.
