Mandated working from the office 3 days a week after over 5 years of proving we can work from home effectively and efficiently. Terrible management decisions at all levels. Discrimination and victimisation being left unchecked. Do not care about staff or their wellbeing - work life balance completely disappearing. Poor comms with staff on a regular basis.

A very good company to work for. Wide variety of interesting and challenging projects. Good team work ethic, help is only a phone call away. Highly qualified and experienced colleagues. Good work life balance and remote working with flexible working arrangements available. Line managers are supportive.
