Pros
Is it all unicorns and rainbows? Of course not. But this is a company where I see myself staying for a long time.
I’ve been with TNS for three years and have witnessed many changes — some good, some not so good. Like any organization, we face challenges, but we also have great opportunities. One of the things I value most is our leadership: they are transparent and direct.
Now, not everyone takes directness well. Some confuse it with rudeness. Our CEO, for example, is very straightforward. He doesn’t dance around issues and isn’t afraid to “call a baby ugly.” In some negative reviews, you’ll see complaints about the company “no longer being a family.” That’s true — it’s not. TNS is a business now, and it operates like one: with goals, opportunities, and responsibilities.
People here are held accountable — not for making mistakes, but for things like sloppiness, laziness, or dishonesty. That kind of accountability makes us stronger as a team.
Our HR leader also sets the tone with what I’d call a real open-door policy. You can come to her with questions or concerns and speak openly. Over my three years, I’ve shared plenty of honest, even critical thoughts about the company’s direction — and not only was I not punished, but those conversations were valued.
And our CEO? He’s approachable too. If you have a problem, you can talk to him directly. The only thing he asks is: “Don’t just bring me problems — bring a solution.”
With all this being said: is TNS a perfect company? No. Is our CEO perfect? No. But are we heading in the right direction? Absolutely, yes.
Cons
The pay and the benefits are not great. They are fine, but there's room for improvement
