Start round is an online technical assessment. If you clear that, you get a call for next video call technical round. Prepare hard because they usually ask tough questions. Learn basic and data structures.

A HR personnel reached out via email for the position and asked me to complete an assessment test. I completed the test but they never reached out to me after that. I sent them weekly reminder twice about the status but they never replied back.

Very unprofessional! After reviewing my application they gave me an online test. Which included problem solving and some technical questions on HTML/CSS. I answered it very well. Next day I got an email from the recruitment officer informing me that I've cleared the test and they want to have a technical interview via a Skype call. And asked for my personal details, Expacted CTC and date and time for the interview. I soon gave them the information they asked for. But they never reverted back. Considering the delays that happen during the interview process, I wrote them an email and asked about the status of my interview. They didn't reply to that email too. Should have at least shown some courtesy and sent an email saying I do not meet their selection criteria or they cannot meet the Expacted salary. Such a waste of time.
