Interview
After getting shortlisted (Based on qualification), interview was conducted via online mode (Skype). In the panel, 3 member were there, 1-HR, 2-with Technical Background. The panel members were polite and with strong technical background. 7-8 Questions were from basic of strength of material, Finite element analysis, Fluid mechanics and 3-4 questions were related to project (M.Tech) and software (Fluent).

The interview will be directly with the department manager, not just HR. So be prepared before you start the interview. Not very hard question, just ordinary one, parepared about it.
Online test followed by a technical interview talking about my academics, then HR round. Mostly questions asked about my previous projects. Took around 1 month for entire process to complete.

Interview
Interviews were standard, however they messed around and forgot to show up on two occasions leaving a bitter taste. Questions were about skills and previous projects with any relevance to the job role.
