Interview
The interview process went smoothly. The technical questions were tough but answerable. However, the salary discussion needs improvement to match competitors.I had a positive experience with the interview process, finding it to be quite smooth overall. The technical questions posed were challenging but not impossible to answer. However, when we got to the salary discussion, I was disappointed to find that it fell short of my expectations. Compared to competitors, there is definitely room for improvement in this area. I hope that this can be addressed in the future so that employees feel more fairly compensated for their work.
The interview with Dassault Systèmes was somewhat underwhelming overall. The process felt impersonal, with limited interaction and unclear communication. Questions were quite standard, offering little opportunity to highlight deeper skills, motivation, or creativity.

They asked me to describe a challenging project I had worked on, focusing on how I approached problem-solving, collaboration, and time management throughout the process.
Very good. Long but good. I applied in august. Heard in October. Then, i started to interview and started in November mid. There were 3 very relaxed rounds. They knew what they were looking for and I was compensated very well.
