Interview
Fairly decent. A little hard to get feedback and it did stretch out in time. Very little time to consider once offer was there. It was a thurough process where how things where to be was clear, allthough there came several surprises afterwards once I started. Wish they had cleared up which clients I should work on before, and inform about the possibility of changing them. As well as the process of changing it.
Also would be helpful to say that the performance demands have a weight in your bonus.
