First Technical - required basic familiarity with Excel (summing columns, ensuring data is complete, etc.)

Second Technical - estimating missing data in a dataset about Groupon. It is substantially longer than the first, and I probably put in ~12-15 hours.

Interviews - very standard behavioral questions with an opportunity to ask questions as well.

I was able to pass the second technical without doing any complicated modeling for the estimate. The most important part is being able to explain your thinking clearly and simply.
