I breath very deeply, and I put in the place of customer that’s meant I am empathic person. I hear without interruption and I try to understand and May be accept why customer feels uncomfortable or anger. Then I try on a good way customer cold down and I start to offer the best help he or she deserves. The most important for me is customer feels happy and satisfied with the services we offer them
