I just stopped there because I did not expect MLE questions given they said they need someone to perform dashboarding. Basically, this young start-up is being greedy. Wanting a Sr DS, but saying that will need someone who dashboards and paying for that level of job requirements. However, when it came to interview time, turns out you are interviewing for a Sr/Staff DS position. Good luck, but don't bother unless you're passionate about Insurance, which not many are.
