How much experience do you have with CBT (Computer Based Training)?

I have none (at the time of the interview in 2005). However, If I can design excellent training for stand-up instruction including creative power point instructional aids with no graphic or programming support, and be awarded a Medal for it... Imagine what I can do with the resources you guys have?
