UTC Aerospace Systems interview question

Many interview. Some focused on behaviour, while others were technical. Questions started with: describe a situation when ......, or: describe a difficult situation and what yo have done about it ...., but were specific to my field. The site has apparently made the wrong hiring decision for this position on more than a couple occasions, so they could not afford to go wrong this time. Also, this was their second round of interviews, the first round did not yield a good fit.
