Telephone interview with 2 Senior Managers, the call lasted about 30 minutes and was competency based. The interviewers were very nice and took it in turns to ask questions. I felt as ease during the process and warmed to both interviewers quickly.

Standard question but Mangers were unprepared. The wrong job was advertised, they could not specife job duties as they weren't sure how the role will look alike. They didn't know what salary they can offer and for how long they looking for anyone...
