I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Birmingham, England) in Aug 2015
Interview
Application filled in online, followed by an assessment online, phone interview and finally assessment centre if you pass (I didn't)
The assessment online was a stress test, you have 25 minutes to answer 18 difficult maths questions, I concentrated on the first 5 questions, and guessed the rest, it is not what you answer, it's how you handle a stressful situation.
