My interview was with a Senior TA based out of Bangkok. It was an unpleasant call. Repeatedly talked over me when I was answering her questions and seemed to have selectively looked at only a portion of my resume as relevant to the role. It was clear she didn't look at my background thoroughly on the types of businesses I used to be engaged with - she shows very limited knowledge of the marketing industry concerning the role being hired, considering it's a regional role. It's sad to see that for a senior position hiring in a global brand, the TA seems to have limited experience in handling the interview and is somewhat interrogative in her technique. From the questions I had, it was also evident that the said TA isn't clear on the attributes of the talent they're seeking to fill into this role.
