I did not experience any of the problems some of the negative reviewers had mentioned and can only assume that their opinions were the result of only looking for an easy 40 hour/week position where at the end of the day they could leave the work behind. For the reviewer that mentioned they did not like the fact that the company founder was a Mormon then I am sorry that you felt that way. I was not aware of that fact for my first several months, but one of the areas that impressed me with this company when I first applied was how much true concern that they had for each student and instructor. The company does emphasis service to each other and the local community. Wow! I cannot remember that last time that I worked for a company that did that. I have worked for companies before that barely said goodbye to you when you were leaving after having been there for years. After two weeks onsite my local campus gave me a welcome card signed by all staff members. Wow! I have never worked anywhere before that did that. It brought tears to my eyes as I was totally moved by the gesture. The company does expect a lot of its staff and instructors. But you have to look at what we get in return. We get to be part of an organization that is changing lives. As an instructor I am on the front line of taking students that are often in low-paying and unrewarding jobs and helping them to transform themselves into IT professionals. It is not only transforming the student but their family. Wow!
