After the first-round interview, I was offered a different position than the one I had originally applied for. Although it was not my initial preference, I was open to the opportunity and completed the assignment they provided, which advanced me to the final interview stage.
Unfortunately, the recruitment process felt disorganized. First, I received an email that was addressed to another candidate, which appeared to be intended for me but had not been properly updated before being sent. Second, there was a last-minute change to the interview panel, and my final interview was conducted by another intern from the company. While I appreciate that interns can contribute to the hiring process, this arrangement did not meet my expectations for a final-stage interview and came across as lacking coordination.
Finally, I received a rejection three weeks after the final interview, with no interim communication. Given the time and effort invested throughout the process, I found this delay discourteous.
Overall, I felt that the recruitment process lacked organization and professionalism, particularly in its communication and treatment of candidates.
