Scenario question about how I would deal with lots of people ordering at once and some people trying to get my attention whilst I was serving others, and also being informed there was a spillage somewhere

Prioritising tasks that can jeoporadise health and safety first - ask for another team members help if they are available to address that first (i.e., spillage) - then stay calm and polite, let guests know you are aware they are waiting and that you will serve them in a moment, you are just seeing to another guest first etc.
