It was pretty relaxed. We talked about the position, the projects that they are working on, the firm culture, teamwork, and collaboration between fields. Also looked through my work and discussed things that were challenging.
Overall, the interview was pretty straightforward. Wish there was more enthusiasm and energy during the process. Interviewed with the head of Asia and another principal. The interview lasted about 30 to 45 minutes,

What aspects of sustainability have you incorporated in your past projects?
Total waste of time for an extremely low salary. Insane skills test that sets the candidate up for failure. Was drawn out for 4 months, in total 5 different meetings with different groups of people and a 2 hour skills test. Spent over 15 hours at their offices and of my life to be told the role was being reevaluated, no one was ever hired.
