Be Honest. One of the most important things to get right when talking about your strengths and weaknesses in an interview setting is honesty & my experience in my work

I spoke about a former client I had worked with one on one who suffered from a severe, persistent mental illness and who spoke very little English. I was assigned this client while I was interning because during intake the client's psychosis was not as apparent as it would later be. So I spoke about the process of working with a client who is often actively psychotic and finding creative, out-of-the-box ways to build a therapeutic relationship with such a client.
