I talked about what I knew they value (like teamwork) and how I have improved myself to be a better team player (example of a weakness and how I rectified it). I also talked about my strengths, qualities, skills that would basically make me a good hire. I told them about things I have done that relates to what they value in the organisation. I had some projects they have done in mind that I found through research and I talked about how much I believe in those events. Their focus in on Africa as a continent so its a bonus to know what they are doing in Africa and how you want to add to that. When I give an answer I would always support with an example.
