I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TriMark USA (Omaha, NE) in Jul 2024
Interview
I was contacted by a HR screener and had the typical 15 minute conversation. I would assume that I priced myself out of the position because the screener repeated my number back to me loudly like it was a question. It was fine. However, what was not good was that they "withdrew" my application on my behalf so their system never sent me out a thanks but no thanks email. At no point did I withdraw my interest in the role and they clearly are just another ghosting group. The only reason I even found out this much was because I checked the portal after over a month of complete silence. I even went so far as to link with the hiring manager, to express that I did not withdraw and wanted it to be clear there was a mistake but, after a week he hasn't accepted my outreach either so a really unprofessional group all around.
2 rounds of interviews. Asking what questions were asking in the interview. Why are they asking for two rounds of interviews. What do they ask in the second round. Unknown about the interview process asking about the questions that are asked.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TriMark USA (Cleveland, OH) in Aug 2022
Interview
I had a virtual interview first, then they called me to their main office two separate times for in person interviews. Each was conducted by a separate manager of the company. Very professional.
