In addition, is the Monitoring sincerity and timely feedback as corrective measures/actions taken where applicable when the CHAI Organization Authority supported NPHCDA Agency on HFs Mentoring and Supervision activities through Abuja CHAI Office while I led the NPHCDA Team with the CHAI Team to Niger, Kaduna & Enugu States respectively.

1. Collaboration and Partnership with the Country Government in the reduction and control of mortality and morbidity cases through the SRMNCH program and strengthening the work force via capacity building of the HWs making PHC services quality better and stronger.

The sincerity and timeliness of CHAI teams addressing issues or and notable challenges in the field plus the feedback/actions and follow-up with the appropriate authorities in ensuring the eligible of the various PHC services in question gets better in time. 3. The well planned field activities in ensuring the likely bottle-necks are taking care off in time.

Every Country should set up a well coordinated system for a two-way communication and information sharing approach system down to HFs level within the communities in the concerned HFs cluster areas and why ? i). Tracking all the pregnancies using VCM for faster and easier periodic reporting to the appropriate quarters. ii). All HFs to be linked up to the internet for regular information update and feedback iii). Ensuring all pregnancies are registered, monitored to reducing or eliminating defaulters by also setting up Defaulters tracking for all stages to after delivery iv). The M&E team plus others groups should be meeting periodically to review the situation on
