I was asked about my knowledge of NPL, to which I honestly responded 'not much, I thought you would be able to tell me'. The response I got was sarcastic and condescending, and immediately gave me a negative feeling about the organisation, and caused me to drop out of the process. If the first impression a company gives is one of rudeness, condescending and sarcastic behaviour, then i want nothing to do with it. What a great way to scare off applicants.
