The economic figure of ownership has taken over and destroyed localism yet promoted advertising and marketing. Internet is the newest and last frontier with the consistent evolution of technology's and lack of control by the U.S. Government. Telecommunications is the future but will push many obsolete forms of telecommunications to the side as this technological evolution continues.
