Always be honest about this. They are an extremely flexible company and truly respect individuals getting their education. They typically hire as part time due to limited full time spaces within the store. You kinda have to prove yourself to get more hours. There is nothing an operations manager hates more than hiring a part time employee with open availability and three weeks later changes their availability. If you are in an employee at will state, they can terminate you for that reason and there is nothing you can do. They will work with you but only when your honest about the situation. Also, weekends are a must. Unless you are hired only for receiving and rtvs or stock replenishment team, which is Monday-Friday, everyone is required to be available on the week.
