My involvement was from the front end to the back, from talking to the salesman, to talking to the customers coordinating their shipments, I was also involved in the hiring/firing and mentoring of the associates. When it came to the warehouse; I scheduled all maintenance ordered all materials and did all the reports for shipping/picking and receiving.
