Applied via job posting on Craigslist and received a phone call the next day. Set up interview within two days and was told there would be testing and to be prepared for that. Arrived at a nice, clean office with a friendly receptionist who asked me to fill out a general form (remember to bring your SIN if you don't have it memorized!) with information on availability, skills and earning expectations.
HR manager came out quickly and explained the job. Very well versed on all aspects of the job. Laid everything out in a clear and concise manner and then proceeded with testing. Testing had easy to learn instructions and wasn't overly long. Would say interview process lasted about 20 minutes in total. Received phone call the following week (interview was on a Friday, received phone call on Monday or Tuesday) and was told I had the position.
