The bonus plan for rewarding the lead generator when a lead becomes a sale is just unacceptable. The lead generator has no real way of knowing what happens to their confirmed leads after the scheduled appointment. There is no transparency in that respect. I don't know how many leads turned into sales that I was never compensated for because there's no real way to track it. One of my managers said, "Well . . . you have to trust us." Sorry.
