Its printed circuit boards, cables, electronic assemblies, and other products are used for such applications as military communication systems, commercial aircraft, satellites, medical equipment, airport security, glass container fabrication systems, and oil drilling equipment. Customers have included Owens-Illinois and Raytheon. Ducommun acquired LaBarge for $340 million in 2011 to expand its manufacturing capabilities. LaBarge was combined with Ducommun's technologies subsidiary and renamed.
