      Pros

      work life balance, hybrid schedule if you like that, fun office, opportunity for growth, coworkers that really care. Clients are in a highly competitive niche so youll be working with some very smart, driven folks that are among the best in the industry.

      Cons

      turnover can be high but agency life is not for everyone, specialization in a single vertical that can be very tough and frustrating at times.

      Pros

      Great collaborative team that pushes each other to do well. I never feel like I'm alone working on projects since I can reach out to anyone and they'll be eager to help. Since starting at 1Point21, I've been able to level-up my skill and toolset while working on projects I'm proud of. The team allows a lot of opportunity to grow and I feel management genuinely cares.

      Cons

      It is a hybrid environment meaning we have to go to be in office 2-3 days a week, and work from home the rest of the time. For more junior roles, working from home may not be ideal since collaborating may be difficult.

      -Organized -Good at communication -Transparent -They teach you a lot -Good salary -Fun events & office space

      Cons

      None yet! I guess one con is that SEO team members are hourly, not salary. Which is just annoying because you need to track your hours.
