      * Good work life balance * Friendly environment * Interesting work * Junior staff are well trusted, get given a good amount of responsibility which is great for quick career development

      Pros

      Always being involved in lots of different projects and very quickly being able to work and develop skills. Great people to work for, everyone who works there are lovely.

      Cons

      No major cons, as expected as some one junior you are jumping around works on lots of different things so work can be inconsistent. But that is also a perk.
